Continuous Improvement Manager
About The Position
Design and optimize integrated production systems to improve workflows, material flow, quality control, cost efficiency, and production coordination; develop and oversee real-time production data analytics systems to monitor quality and provide timely operational insights; evaluate and refine production schedules, manufacturing processes, and engineering specifications to standardize procedures and enhance efficiency; train and direct technical staff in inspection, testing, and quality assurance activities to ensure process reliability and compliance with established standards; and identify and resolve production issues, implement corrective actions, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to meet established productivity and quality objectives.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field. A foreign degree equivalency accepted.
- Employment Experience: 24 months in job offered or closely related.
- Special Skills: This role requires proficiency in production data collection and analysis to evaluate operational efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and apply data-driven insights to improve resource utilization, streamline workflows, and enhance quality control across all production activities.
- Alternative: In the alternative of 24 months of work experience as in the job offered, the employer will accept 24 months of work experience as Operation Manager, Plant Manager, Industrial Production Manager or closely related.
