Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
15+ years’ experience in Lean management, continuous improvement, or manufacturing.
Proven success implementing major Lean systems (e.g., Toyota, Danaher, Honeywell).
Lean/Six Sigma certification (Lean Master, Black Belt, etc.).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and business process flow.
Demonstrated ability to deliver breakthrough results and lead change.

Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional leaders to develop and execute strategy deployment.
Facilitate breakthrough objectives, action plans, and Kaizen initiatives.
Lead the implementation and maturity of the Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) System.
Champion Lean tools and methods such as 5S, Daily Management, and Value Stream Mapping.
Drive KPI optimization and process improvement across factories and functions.
Lead cost-out and productivity projects to achieve business targets.
Train and coach teams to build continuous improvement capability.
Foster a coaching culture focused on engagement and accountability.
Collaborate with digital, IT, and business process teams to maximize productivity.
