The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive Continuous Improvement Service Culture. This role will focus on eliminating waste, developing our people and interfacing with our customers to implement Continuous Improvement projects and statistical analysis. The role will lead initiatives that drive operational excellence, utilizing Lean Principles, value stream mapping, and waste reduction. Key responsibilities include: ✓ Process Optimization: Lead initiatives focused on Lean principles, value stream mapping, and waste elimination to improve operational efficiency. ✓ Training and Development: Deliver training programs to instill a Continuous Improvement mindset, ensuring people are equipped with the necessary tools and techniques. ✓ Standardization: Create Standard Operating Procedures, Standard Work Instructions, Leader Standard Work, policies and procedures. ✓ Program Management: Oversee Continuous Improvement activities, including the implementation of a Continuous Improvement Tracker to monitor progress and results. ✓ Cultural Transformation: Act as a coach and mentor to people, embedding a culture of problemsolving and innovation. The Continuous Improvement Engineer will possess a passion for change, empowering and developing people while creating an impact through operational excellence.
