You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and track measurable results.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Associate degree required (technical, engineering, or business preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, quality, or continuous improvement.
  • Basic knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collect and interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams without direct authority.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field is a plus.
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification is a plus.
  • Experience facilitating Kaizen or improvement events is a plus.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing systems, ERP/MES, or KPI dashboards is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization or reporting tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Identify process inefficiencies through data analysis, observation, and team feedback.
  • Participate in and help facilitate Kaizen events, problem-solving sessions, and improvement workshops.
  • Assist in developing, documenting, and standardizing processes and work instructions.
  • Collect, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, FMEA, and Pareto analysis.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and CI tools including 5S, value stream mapping, and visual management.
  • Train and support employees on continuous improvement tools and best practices.
  • Track improvement actions and ensure follow-through and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, maintenance, and service teams.
  • Support audits, assessments, and continuous improvement evaluations.
  • Promote employee engagement and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
