About The Position

The Continuous Improvement Coordinator promotes a culture of Elite Support and continuous improvement across all departments. This role is responsible for driving process improvements, supporting operational excellence initiatives, and ensuring compliance with Elite Support standards.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in continuous improvement, operations, or a related role
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S, or similar) preferred
  • Experience in a dealership, automotive, or service environment is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead meetings and drive cross-functional collaboration
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid Driver's License

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement certifications preferred (e.g., Yellow Belt, Green Belt)
  • Elite Support knowledge or experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Promote and support a culture of Elite Support and continuous improvement across all departments, ensuring annual criteria are met
  • Lead and facilitate Change Management Team meetings, employee huddles, and communication of CI initiatives
  • Manage reporting and tracking of CI activities, including 5S audits, assessments, KPIs, and continuous improvement events
  • Partner with department managers to develop, document, and improve processes for operational efficiency
  • Coordinate and support 5S projects and other continuous improvement initiatives across the dealership
  • Maintain required documentation and reporting systems (e.g., Smartsheet) and collaborate with leadership to align CI strategy with company goals
