About The Position

Coordinates and administers continuous improvement efforts. Records and evaluates continuous improvement project results. Tracks improvement performance and cost reductions against targets. We’re looking for a dynamic CI Implementation Partner to champion process excellence and quality initiatives across our operations. This role blends hands-on training, event coordination, and data-driven analysis to drive meaningful change. You’ll facilitate Kaizen and 5S events, support Lean practices, and help build a culture of continuous improvement — all while ensuring quality standards are upheld and understood.

Requirements

  • Experience in quality assurance, Lean, or continuous improvement
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and ERP systems
  • Familiarity with Kaizen, 5S, and Lean methodologies
  • Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and reinforce quality training across departments
  • Track quality metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Assist with audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
  • Plan and facilitate Kaizen, 5S, and Lean events
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Document and follow up on CI initiatives and outcomes
  • Organize training sessions, improvement events, and cross-functional meetings
  • Maintain calendars and communication for CI and quality activities
  • Ensure alignment across shifts and departments
  • Monitor performance metrics and create visual dashboards
  • Analyze trends and share actionable insights with leadership
  • Support ERP and system-based tracking (e.g., D365)
