This position is primarily responsible for providing full conference management services for 35+ accredited continuing education activities annually, including in-person and virtual conferences, workshops, and webcasts. These activities reach more than 70,000 healthcare professionals across Wisconsin, the U.S., and internationally. The workday includes: Collaborating with OCPD staff and subject matter experts to design, develop, and execute educational activities. Managing the implementation of planned activities, including building and maintaining content in the ICEP Learning Portal. Navigating a variable workload—some periods may involve long lead times for a few activities, while others require preparing for multiple events in a short timeframe. This position may require some work to be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location. Some work may be performed remotely, at an offsite, non-campus work location.
