Requirements

  • Professional experience in the role or similar: > 2-3 years
  • Languages: English. Second language is a plus
  • Degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrotechnical Engineering, …)

Nice To Haves

  • Management experience: preferably in multinational context, with similar dimensions

Responsibilities

  • Support the writing of the RFPs by indicating the technical characteristics of the equipment according to the established method.
  • Survey of man-machine times (use of cyclogram), determination of capacity plant production capacities
  • Creation and updating of work cycles on SAP system
  • Balancing lines and departments, preparing workloads at workstations
  • Calculation of direct labor requirements
  • Organization and optimization of workstations, method re design
  • Crossing time analysis, set-up time optimization
  • Support the productivity-boosting projects, start-up for new products/processes
  • To adapt lean manufacturing culture and methodology
