About The Position

The world’s largest professional network is looking for a Contingent Workforce Operations Partner. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure data integrity across Workday and ServiceNow, streamline CW lifecycle processes, and partner cross-functionally with our Managed Service Provider (MSP), HR, IT, and Finance teams to resolve escalations and keep our program running seamlessly.

Requirements

3+ years of experience with technical and workflow configuration in Workday and ServiceNow (HelpIn).
3+ years of experience with Microsoft O365, PPT presentation skills, Excel.
3+ years with a Contingent Workforce Program in Operations is preferred.
2-3 years of background in Project/Program Management experience is preferred.
Automation tools i.e. Co-Pilot is preferred.
Cornerstone or training tool experience is preferred.
Strong problem solver with technical expertise in troubleshooting system issues is preferred.
Ability to partner across multiple teams is preferred.
Strong documentation, i.e. Standard Operating Procedures is preferred.
Ability to identify process improvement opportunities is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage CW reporting updates, dashboards, and data accuracy across Workday and HelpIn.
Review and approve CW Knowledge Articles; maintain content governance and annual audits.
Partner with cross-functional teams for the system configuration for CW onboarding, access setup, data maintenance, and offboarding CWs.
Act as the primary escalation point for CW provisioning issues, system discrepancies, and workflow breakdowns.
Oversee Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) updates and contribute to program governance.
Partner with cross-functional teams on provisioning access-related issues and resolve other complex operational issues.
Review and approve Small Business SOWs and ensure compliance with CW processes.
