About The Position

DISA - A U.S. War Department organization responsible for operating secure, mission‑critical datacenters that support global defense operations 24/7/365 relies on advanced Building Automation Systems (BAS) to maintain precise environmental control, system reliability, and operational readiness. Work with industry‑leading BAS platforms—such as MEIDS/Genesis64, Delta Controls, and Automated Logic—in a high‑trust, cybersecurity‑focused environment. All roles support essential infrastructure and require U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance Location: Central Region (San Antonio, Oklahoma City) - REGIONAL TRAVEL REQUIRED # of Positions: 2 (Primary & Alternate) Overview Perform semiannual PM, emergency response within 2 hours, repairs, and field commissioning for BAS equipment and DDC controllers.

Requirements

  • Factory certifications: MEIDS/Genesis 64; Delta Controls; Automated Logic (as applicable).
  • 5+ years field controls experience in mission-critical facilities.
  • Ability to travel locally; valid passport/visa for OCONUS roles.

Responsibilities

  • Execute semiannual PM on BAS hardware/software; calibrate sensors.
  • Respond to emergencies in ≤2 hours; continuous work until resolved.
  • Install/replace DDC controllers; wire terminations; point testing.
  • Apply firmware updates within manufacturer timelines; document changes.
  • Submit QA forms and site trip reports within required windows.
