Pay Range: Pay Range $82,550.00 - $149,225.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance required on day one.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Proven expertise in All Source Intelligence MOS.
• Demonstrated instructional experience with a focus on operational readiness.
• Prior operational deployment experience.
• Recent hands-on experience in Unit-Level Intelligence operations.
• Proficiency in analog intelligence product development.
• Ability to travel 50%

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with advanced ISR tools such as MIST, Thresher, Bodhi, iSpy, and FADESHEETS.
• Weapons School graduate.
• Experience supporting high-level exercises such as Bamboo Eagle and Red Flag.

Responsibilities

• Lead formal initial qualification training (IQT) for personnel supporting platform- and weapon system-specific ISR operations at the Squadron, Operational Support Squadron, Group, or Wing level.
• Oversee the development and delivery of course materials, training exercises, and curriculum updates to reflect evolving technologies, systems, and tools.
• Conduct high-level pre-mission briefings and administer academic evaluations at the conclusion of training events.
• Deliver instruction on advanced topics including: fundamental core functions of CIN, Intelligence Preparation of the Battlespace, Battlespace characterization, Disposition of Forces, Visualization Tools, and Targeting
