Job Description The Title/Contested Case Manager will be responsible for partnering with internal business lines, internal law division and external law firms regarding loans with title issues, contested foreclosure actions, and probate actions . They will provide analytical support in these matters including collaborating with foreclosure counsel on the loans active in foreclosure, as well as hiring legal counsel to ensure U.S. Bank is properly represented on matters where collateral may be affected. The Title/Contested Case Manager performs research, analysis, and maintains well-written case summaries to ensure business line visibility and understanding of the issues at hand. The Title/Contested Case Manager will be comfortable communicating with all levels of management and ensures attorney-client work privilege is always maintained.
