Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to emergency situations for the contents division. Evaluate and perform content related activities including but not limited to, packing, cleaning, transporting items and unpacking contents. Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project. Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
