Basic Functions: Perform as a technician as work flow dictates. Responds to all activities of Contents work and tasks assigned by Project Manager Responsible for moving, packing, cleaning, and storing all contents of the client’s property. Responsibilities

  • Ability to follow directions from lead technicians and operations management
  • Work side-by-side with other Contents Technicians to deliver a quality service on time
  • Arrive on time
  • Set up work stations, including assembling boxes
  • Assist in identifying damaged items
  • Gather, sort, pack affected contents
  • Clean and process affected contents
  • Proficient utilization of applicable cleaning equipment
  • Repackage cleaned contents
  • Manage good use of company supplies and minimize waste
  • Load shop supplies at warehouse and drive company vehicle to client site
  • Show up clean, work clean, leave work area cleaner than it was when you arrived, and clean up after yourself
  • Restock supplies
  • Jobsite security and safety
  • Cleaning of homes and commercial spaces
  • Receive the work assignment at beginning of job then interpret instructions and deliver a high-quality result.
  • Document work completed through photos, job update notes and daily logs.
  • Drive company vehicle in safest and most respectful manner possible
  • Alert Operations Manager of any vehicle disturbances (Oil changes, check engine light, etc.)
  • Maintain cleanliness of each vehicle used that day be the standards set by Paul Davis
  • Relay homeowner or property manager questions to Operations Manager to follow up with when not able to answer yourself.
  • Professionally represent the PD principles of honesty and integrity
  • Work at the direction of the Lead Technician
  • Proactive communication with management and team leaders
  • Participates in marketing and business development as the need arises.
  • Participates in the collection process of payment from customers.
  • Complete special assignments as requested by Supervisor
  • Participates in emergency services when an “All hands-on deck” scenario arises.
  • Participate in on-going problem solving and practicing continuous improvement of the department and company.
  • Participate in Paul Davis social events, Goal Setting and Review, All Team Meetings and as many other opportunities as possible to engage with the rest of the team.
