The Contents / Laundry Project Manager supports the Contents Manager in overseeing all day-to-day field and facility operations. This includes managing jobs from initial inspection through pack out, cleaning, storage, and pack back. You’ll coordinate teams, interface with insurance partners and clients, scope and track projects, and support quality control and training. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring a balance of leadership, logistics, customer service, and problem-solving. You’ll help keep projects on track, maintain accountability across teams, and ensure jobs are completed safely, accurately, and profitably.
