About The Position

The Contents Estimator prepares accurate, defensible contents estimates based on inventories, photos, inspections, and scope notes.

Requirements

• 3+ years estimating contents losses
• Strong Xactimate proficiency
• Deep understanding of contents restoration processes
• High attention to detail and deadline discipline
• High level of accountability and follow-through
• Strong documentation and communication habits
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, insurance-driven environment
• Respect for processes, timelines, and quality standards

Responsibilities

• Write contents estimates using Xactimate
• Review inventories and documentation for accuracy
• Ensure estimates align with company SOPs and industry standards
• Communicate with operations and production teams to clarify scope
• Respond to adjuster questions and estimate revisions
• Track estimate approvals and changes
