You will assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, ensuring clear communication with the Operations Manager and Owner . The role involves managing job schedules, completing documentation in a timely manner, maintaining production costs within the established rate, and exceeding customer expectations by providing world-class service.

Requirements

• Experience: Proficiency with contents-related equipment and software used in property restoration.
• Safety Knowledge: Ability to manage and enforce safety guidelines both on-site and during travel.
• Communication Skills: Strong aptitude for record-keeping and clear communication with staff and clients.
• Leadership Skills: Experience in coaching, mentoring, and building strong teams to ensure high performance.
• Client Relationship: Ability to develop lasting client relationships and maintain excellent customer service.
• Need to have 3 to 5 years' experience

Responsibilities

• Customer Satisfaction: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, representing the PuroClean brand with professionalism and care.
• Production Management: Oversee production processes, ensuring jobs meet customer needs and adhere to company guidelines.
• Job Coordination: Assign jobs to production crews, manage schedules, and ensure smooth workflow from start to finish.
• Job Site Maintenance: Ensure job sites are orderly and comply with safety and uniform policies.
• Documentation & Reporting: Complete job files promptly, ensuring accurate records are kept and production costs are managed.
• Customer Communication: Address customer concerns in a professional manner, working closely with the Contents Division Manager and Owner to resolve issues.
