Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–2 years of writing or copywriting experience (real estate is a plus, not required)
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Basic understanding of SEO is helpful
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and a team-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Write engaging content for apartment websites (headlines, descriptions, amenities, etc.)
• Help shape brand voice and messaging across communities
• Create blog posts and marketing content using SEO basics
• Work with different teams on content requests
• Keep an eye on trends and help keep our content fresh
