About The Position

The Content Writer & Producer is responsible for creating clear, compelling, and scientifically grounded content that entertains, educates, and inspires individuals to take control of their health. This role translates complex health and wellness concepts into persuasive, easy-to-understand messaging across digital, educational, and marketing platforms. This role requires a strong ability to balance creative storytelling with scientific accuracy while maintaining the 10X Health voice and brand standards. Working closely with marketing, clinical, product, and creative teams, the Content Writer & Producer develops high-quality written and video content that supports brand storytelling, product education, customer acquisition, and retention. Content will support multiple channels including the website, email marketing, social media, advertising campaigns, and educational resources.

Requirements

  • Exceptional writing and storytelling ability that transforms complex health and wellness concepts into clear, compelling, and engaging content
  • Advanced capability to translate clinical, biological, and scientific information into accessible language while maintaining accuracy and credibility
  • Strong command of brand voice with the ability to produce high-quality messaging across platforms
  • Proven ability to develop persuasive marketing copy that supports product education, brand storytelling, and customer acquisition
  • Ability to cross-collaborate effectively to ensure content accuracy and strategic alignment
  • Deep understanding of digital content strategy including SEO and AIO optimization to improve discoverability, engagement, and performance
  • High level of proficiency in planning and managing video productions including coordinating talent, overseeing shoots, and guiding post-production
  • Awareness of audience engagement and content performance, using data and insights to refine messaging and improve impact
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and content deliverables in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates strong editorial judgment and attention to detail to maintain quality, clarity, and consistency across all content
  • 6+ years of professional content writing or copywriting experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality content across multiple formats
  • Portfolio of published writing samples and video content required
  • Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods

Nice To Haves

  • Experience writing in health, wellness, nutrition, biotech, or medical industries preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field preferred

  • Develop educational materials that explain diagnostics, supplements, treatment protocols, and health optimization strategies
  • Partner with marketing leadership to execute the company’s content strategy
  • Contribute to editorial calendars and campaign messaging plans
  • Optimize content for SEO / AIO to improve organic search visibility and website traffic
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content channels
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging frameworks
  • Edit and proofread content to maintain quality and accuracy
  • Use analytics and performance insights to refine content strategy
  • Continuously improve content based on engagement, traffic, and conversion data
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to test and optimize messaging across campaigns
