The Role We’re looking for a Content Strategy Lead, Social + Brand Content to shape the next generation of branded content with our athlete, artist, and influencer partners. This person will bring bold, culturally relevant ideas to life across organic and paid TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, helping shape Bose’s brand presence and storytelling in 2025 and beyond. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in social content strategy, content production, or digital marketing (agency or brand-side).
  • Strong creative concepting and storytelling skills, with an eye for what makes content authentic and shareable.
  • Proven success developing YouTube series and TikTok-first campaigns that connect with audiences and drive measurable impact.
  • Comfortable leading end-to-end creative: from brief, to concept, to set, to final asset.
  • Experience on set with premium talent; experience with music artists a plus.
  • Deep understanding of creator culture, short-form storytelling, and evolving social trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and collaborate across teams.
  • Calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in real time.
  • Passion for music, sports, entertainment, fashion and culture.
  • Willingness to travel for shoots and event coverage; up to 30% during high periods.

Responsibilities

  • Content strategy and direction: Translate campaign briefs into social content strategies for paid and organic channels that resonate with athlete, artist, and influencer audiences.
  • Lead the development of original branded content for Bose social channels, from one-off hero moments to evergreen series.
  • Advise on paid and organic social campaign roll-outs, including content sequencing, formats, and placements.
  • Concepting and content development: Lead ideation and concept development for branded content initiatives with brand ambassadors, including: TV commercials, YouTube series, TikToks and short-form social content, photography, and audio ads.
  • Drive alignment on creative concepts, incorporating and responding thoughtfully to stakeholder feedback.
  • Partner closely with the Partnerships team to align on creative expectations, deliverables, and usage for brand ambassadors.
  • Work with producers to ensure creative development, reviews, and pre-production timelines are realistic and met.
  • Collaborate with the social strategists to develop social-first concepts and activation plans for TikTok and Instagram creators in both paid and organic campaigns.
  • On-set creative leadership: Serve as the on-set content lead for Bose-led productions, providing real-time direction on video concepts, photography, and audio executions.
  • Guard the integrity of the concept and strategic objectives during production.
  • Make live creative decisions to address challenges on set (e.g., tweaks to performance, script, and conceptual execution) while maintaining quality.
  • Oversee the production budget in partnership with the Producer, ensuring work stays on time and on budget.
  • Stay ahead of trends and optimize for impact: Stay ahead of cultural, platform, and audience trends to inform content direction and new creative opportunities.
  • Integrate performance data (paid + organic) to refine future content strategy and creative decisions.
