About The Position

The Content Strategist will help launch and scale content for a new application. This role combines technical writing, light content creation, and product marketing support to deliver clear, useful, and engaging content across the user journey. You will play a key role in building and maintaining help center content, supporting in-app messaging, and creating content that drives feature awareness and adoption. This role requires the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible content while working closely with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of technical products, platforms, or software development processes
  • Experience in agile or iterative environments
  • Basic understanding of HTML
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and accessibility guidelines
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to quickly grasp and clearly communicate complex concepts
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • High attention to detail with a focus on clarity and usability

Responsibilities

  • Content creation
  • Create high-quality content across formats, including blogs, articles, case studies, newsletters, landing pages, and social media
  • Repurpose content into multiple formats to extend reach and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches and business priorities
  • Produce or coordinate multimedia content (videos, graphics, presentations) as needed
  • Ensure consistency with brand voice and messaging
  • Technical writing, help center & documentation
  • Build and maintain help center content, including structure, organization, and scalability
  • Translate complex concepts into user-friendly content for different audiences
  • Create clear documentation such as product guides, FAQs, knowledge base articles, and SOPs
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy
  • Keep documentation up to date with product changes and releases
  • Manage content within documentation systems for usability and discoverability
  • Customer marketing & in-app content
  • Support product launches and feature releases with clear, compelling content
  • Contribute to commercial materials such as one-pagers, decks, and customer-facing assets
  • Develop thought leadership and educational content that communicates product value
  • Create in-app messaging (e.g., banners, tooltips, guides) to drive feature awareness and adoption
  • Write engaging copy for web, email, and campaigns
