PennEngineering is seeking a motivated, excited, individual to be a part of the Marketing Team. As the Content Strategist at PennEngineering, you’ll collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things. Join us as we build the future in Manufacturing and Engineering! This role is focused on a strategic, hands-on content leader who understands that search is changing - and knows how to create content that performs in both traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery tools. As our Content Strategist, you’ll develop and execute a modern content strategy focused on Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). This role goes beyond blog posts and landing pages - it’s about structuring and packaging information so that it’s visible, cited, and trusted by search engines, AI assistants, and buyers alike. You’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure our content drives awareness, engagement, and conversions. In collaboration with marketing team, you will also develop and update content across written communications, brochures, videos/scripts, and digital content for use on the web and live delivery. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is also willing to execute content development in-house, significantly reducing reliance on external agencies. A background in technical content, engineering and / or manufacturing is highly preferred
