You'll translate behavioral science into action. Using our proprietary psychographic segmentation model and healthcare consumer insights, you'll create patient-facing content that motivates people to get the care they need—then leverage key learnings and insights to shape how our platform helps clients do the same at scale. In this role, you will apply consumer science (how + why people make healthcare buying decisions) to create clinical and marketing outreach , finding creative ways to scale content personalization — without sacrifice to quality or brand alignment — using AI. You’ll also partner with Product stakeholders to turn content and campaign learnings into platform improvements that make personalization easier for clients to execute at scale. This role is pivotal to delivering on our company mission and vision.
