About The Position

You'll translate behavioral science into action. Using our proprietary psychographic segmentation model and healthcare consumer insights, you'll create patient-facing content that motivates people to get the care they need—then leverage key learnings and insights to shape how our platform helps clients do the same at scale. In this role, you will apply consumer science (how + why people make healthcare buying decisions) to create clinical and marketing outreach , finding creative ways to scale content personalization — without sacrifice to quality or brand alignment — using AI. You’ll also partner with Product stakeholders to turn content and campaign learnings into platform improvements that make personalization easier for clients to execute at scale. This role is pivotal to delivering on our company mission and vision. Requirements

  • 5+ years creating patient or consumer content in healthcare, health tech, or related fields
  • Proven ability to translate research and data into communications that drive behavior change
  • Experience collaborating with product teams to shape tools and platforms
  • Fluency in AI-enabled content workflows, including prompt design, to scale production while maintaining quality
  • Deep understanding of health literacy and patient-centered communication
  • Genuine curiosity about human motivation, emerging technology, and the space between art and science

Responsibilities

  • Strategic timely content creation across channels (email, SMS, portal, print) using psychographic models to tailor messaging to patient motivations across multiple healthcare use cases
  • Digital campaign development that honors client brand identity while applying psychographic insights to social ads, email and SMS nurture, and demand generation content across the patient journey
  • Product intelligence that improves our self-service platform—translating real-world content challenges into platform enhancements that make client work more effective
  • AI exploration to responsibly augment psychographic personalization while maintaining health literacy standards and clinical accuracy
  • Performance and optimization, building a reporting cadence for content metrics (open rate, CTR, downstream outcomes) and partnering with data teams to translate insights into improvements in psychographic messaging and campaign execution
  • Day-to-day content operations and documentation, maintaining and evolving a library of best practice patient content to ensure it reflects current clinical guidelines, health literacy standards, and channel-specific engagement principles
  • Content quality assurance, partnering cross-functionally to approve the look and feel of client campaign journeys prior to launch
