The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and creatively-minded Content Specialist to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality enablement content that supports training programs across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations. As part of the centralized GTM Enablement function, you will play a key role in shaping the quality, clarity, and effectiveness of our training and learning materials. You will work closely with Enablement team members and GTM stakeholders to translate concepts, processes, and product knowledge into engaging, visually compelling, and instructionally sound learning experiences. This role combines instructional design, content development, and content management system ownership. You will help ensure enablement content is accessible, consistent, aligned with brand standards, and optimized to drive understanding, retention, and real-world application. Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in content creation, instructional design, training support, marketing, design, or related fields.
  • Strong PowerPoint, video creation and visual presentation skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to create professional, visually polished content.
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience with content management systems, design tools, or learning platforms preferred.
  • Note: Due to the nature of our work with public safety agencies, this position requires compliance with the FBI's Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy. Candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive, fingerprint-based background check. Please note that specific customer contracts may impose additional security verification requirements. Obtaining and maintaining all required security clearances is a condition of employment.   • SaaS or technology industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop enablement content, including training presentations, playbooks, lesson materials, and structured learning modules that support GTM training programs.
  • Own and manage enablement content within platforms, ensuring content is organized, maintained, and accessible.
  • Maintain and update enablement content libraries, ensuring materials remain current, accurate, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Support development of training curricula and lesson materials in partnership with Enablement tem members.
  • Create visually polished, brand-aligned enablement materials that improve the clarity and effectiveness of training programs.
  • Support rollout of enablement initiatives by preparing, organizing, and publishing content for GTM teams.
  • Continuously improve enablement content based on feedback from stakeholders and evolving organizational needs.
