About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Go-To-Market (GTM) Representative to drive pipeline generation through a combination of inbound and outbound prospecting efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is energized by hitting and exceeding measurable goals.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in a sales development, business development, or GTM role
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and in-person)
  • Comfortable with both outbound outreach and inbound lead engagement
  • Experience using CRMs (e.g., HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Apollo.ai)
  • Willingness to travel for conferences and events
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple channels of outreach
  • Confident, personable, and comfortable engaging prospects both virtually and in person
  • Resilient and motivated by hitting targets
  • Outgoing personality that can work a room or show floor

Responsibilities

  • Execute a balanced strategy of outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) and inbound lead follow-up
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into booked meetings for the sales team
  • Identify and target high-value accounts through research and strategic outreach
  • Maintain consistent activity levels to meet and exceed monthly meeting quotas
  • Own a monthly quota for qualified meetings set with target prospects
  • Track performance metrics and optimize outreach strategies to improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure meetings meet qualification standards
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
  • Engage prospects in person and generate new business opportunities
  • Conduct pre-show and post-show follow ups to convert conversations into scheduled meetings
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and market trends
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of GTM processes and playbooks
