About The Position

JOB SUMMARY: This role drives the execution of communications across all UDX Global Internal Communications channels and programs. The Specialist ideates, develops, and delivers Team Member communications with a strong focus on company-wide engagement campaigns. Supports the creation of original, compelling storytelling content from concept through deployment across multiple internal channels, including email communications and Team Member intranet content, all with the goal of increasing Team Member engagement. Maintains direct relationships with client groups to gather feedback, ensure accuracy, and support follow-up, while also routing content to appropriate stakeholders for approval and tracking items through completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is required.
  • 2+ years’ experience working in communications, public relations, or corporate communications preferred.
  • Experience in communications, marketing, or related role, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Familiarity with communications workflows and approval processes.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with work samples available.
  • Familiarity with Associate Press style.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and team communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and support cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail with an eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Positive, proactive attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Consistent attendance is a job requirement.

Nice To Haves

  • Social media, graphic or web design, or video development experience a plus; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Workfront and Airtable preferred.
  • Working knowledge of email platforms; experience with Emma preferred.
  • Basic experience with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred.
  • Familiarity with Canva and a willingness to learn new content creation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of communications across all UDX Global Internal Communications channels and programs, including Team Member intranet, email and internal communications forums.
  • Support the ideation, development and execution of compelling storytelling content, product beats and Team Member communication programs across multiple internal channels, driving company-wide engagement from concept through deployment.
  • Represent UDX Global Internal Communications in meetings with internal client teams and route content to appropriate stakeholders for approval and follow up on items for completion.
  • Plan, write, format and distribute email communications using Emma for large-scale messaging and Team Universal on SharePoint.
  • Manage incoming client requests and communications content calendar.
  • Maintain direct contact with clients for feedback and follow-up.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
