Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience configuring OpenText Content Server or Extended ECM, including workflows, metadata, roles, and permissions to meet business needs
  • Experience translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
  • Experience developing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including system design, configuration guides, workflows, and Job Aids
  • Experience collaborating with solution architects, developers, and testers to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders
  • Ability to act as liaison between business users and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented
  • Ability to provide training, demonstrations, and support to end users on Content Server functionality
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in an Information Systems or CS field and 5+ years of experience with OpenText Content Server or Extended ECM, or 15+ years of experience with OpenText Content Server or Extended ECM in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience translating functional requirements into technical tasks for developers
  • Experience in federal or highly regulated environments
  • Experience with Jira and Agile project management tools
  • OpenText Certification such as Content Server Certification

Responsibilities

  • configuring OpenText Content Server or Extended ECM, including workflows, metadata, roles, and permissions to meet business needs
