About The Position

We are seeking a technically proficient and detail-oriented Content Publisher to manage the end-to-end publishing process across multiple digital platforms. This role serves as the operational bridge between the content team and live production environments, ensuring that all approved content is accurately published, technically sound, and aligned with established quality standards. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple CMS platforms, embedding clean HTML, handling deployments, troubleshooting issues in real time, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical awareness, precision, and proactive problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to identify and correct structural and formatting issues.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one CMS platform (WordPress, Strapi, or OpenCart preferred).
  • Basic familiarity with JavaScript and the ability to identify and interpret console errors.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new platforms and workflows.
  • Foundational troubleshooting skills with a structured approach to debugging technical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Publish and manage content across five primary websites: Software Finder, FindEMR, FindLMS, FindHR, and FindPM.
  • Work across multiple backend systems including Strapi, OpenCart, and WordPress, often managing different platforms within the same week.
  • Upload and format diverse content types including vendor profiles, blogs, category pages, comparison guides, whitepapers, webinars, and other marketing assets.
  • Ensure all content is published in accordance with established workflows, formatting standards, and internal quality guidelines.
  • Write, edit, and embed custom HTML snippets to ensure accurate rendering and consistent layout across devices and browsers.
  • Implement and manage third-party integrations such as OptinMonster, including setup, script embedding, and configuration across various websites.
  • Review staging builds and deployments prior to production release and conduct thorough post-deployment testing to identify layout issues, broken elements, or performance concerns.
  • Troubleshoot publishing errors, rendering inconsistencies, missing assets, broken links, and console errors during or after content deployment.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and QA teams to resolve technical issues efficiently and prevent recurring problems.
  • Anticipate potential QA flags and proactively address issues during the publishing stage.
  • Document technical issues and edge cases to improve workflows and reduce repeat errors.
  • Manage non-standard publishing scenarios and adapt processes as required.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally when technical roadblocks arise, ensuring timely resolution and smooth handoffs between teams.
