About The Position

Ascent Cloud helps sales and revenue teams Plan, Execute, and Grow with our Sales Performance Management suite. We’re looking for a Content & Product Marketing Specialist who can elevate our content engine, strengthen our product storytelling, and expand our brand presence across our digital channels. This person will play a critical role in crafting high-quality content, managing our social presence, supporting product launches, and maintaining our website. Requirements

  • 3–6 years experience in content marketing and/or product marketing.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience managing social media (preferably LinkedIn) with measurable growth.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress or Webflow.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem or B2B SaaS preferred.
  • Understanding of SEO, web publishing, and basic design principles.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Team player who collaborates well across departments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Canva, Figma, or other light design tools.
  • Experience with HubSpot.
  • Experience and enthusiasm for AI.
  • Experience writing technical or product-focused content.
  • Experience with Sales Performance Management or Salesforce-native apps.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Semrush, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Management Own content development across blogs, guides, eBooks, landing pages, email, and sales enablement.
  • Refine and maintain Ascent Cloud’s messaging and tone of voice across all content.
  • Partner with Product teams to translate technical features into clear customer value.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar aligned to campaigns, releases, and company initiatives.
  • Product Marketing Support Support GTM motions across Territory Planner, Geopointe, and LevelEleven.
  • Draft, refine, and publish our quarterly product press releases and supporting assets.
  • Help create product one-pagers, competitive positioning, feature messaging, and in-app communication.
  • Help ensure consistent adoption of the Messaging Guidebook across customer-facing teams.
  • Social Media Management Manage Ascent Cloud’s social presence (primarily LinkedIn).
  • Develop a growth-focused social strategy to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Create, schedule, and publish posts using images, video snippets, and repurposed content.
  • Track performance metrics and adjust content strategy based on insights.
  • Web & CMS Support Make ongoing updates to ascentcloud.io using WordPress or Webflow (no heavy dev work required).
  • Publish new pages, update messaging, optimize meta tags, and support SEO improvements.
  • Assist with on-page content updates as part of broader website redesign efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Product, Sales, CS, and RevOps to ensure alignment across content and product messaging.
  • Partner with Marketing peers on campaign strategy, paid digital content, email marketing, and events.
  • Support the Head of Marketing on critical go-to-market efforts.
