About The Position

Paysafe is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist for Martech based in Jacksonville to join our expanding Marketing Technology Team. This hybrid role out of our Jacksonville, FL headquarters office is pivotal in optimizing and integrating marketing technology platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and high data quality across systems. By enhancing analytics, reporting, and compliance, the Martech Specialist will empower Paysafe’s marketing operations to be more data-driven and efficient, supporting business growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science or related field, required; or additional experience in lieu of education, required.
  • 2+ years experience with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Marketing Automation, CRM, CDP, Data, Analytics & Attribution, CMS) or similar, required.
  • Proficiency in configuring, maintaining, and integrating Martech systems.
  • Strong understanding of data hygiene practices, including duplicate monitoring, field validation, and enrichment.
  • Familiarity with data taxonomy, naming conventions, and metadata standards.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data quality and accuracy.
  • Strong documentation skills for systems, processes, and data flows.
  • Ability to conduct system audits and identify integration gaps or data quality issues.
  • Effective communicator, able to provide actionable insights and support marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborative team player, comfortable working in a hybrid environment.

  • Knowledge of fintech data governance, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Support the configuration and maintenance of marketing technology platforms (Marketing Automation, CRM, CDP, Analytics & Attribution, Personalization, CMS, etc.).
  • Ensure accurate data flow between systems such as CRM, analytics platforms, customer databases, and data warehouses.
  • Assist with system audits to identify integration gaps, discrepancies, or data quality issues.
  • Assist in documenting systems, processes, and data flows.
  • Perform regular data hygiene checks, including duplicate monitoring, field validation, attribution tagging, and enrichment processes.
  • Help maintain data taxonomy, naming conventions, and metadata standards across marketing systems.
  • Support compliance requirements related to fintech data governance, privacy, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or CRM-native reporting.
  • Track key marketing KPIs: website engagement, lead quality metrics, funnel performance, customer behavior, and channel performance.
  • Perform ad hoc data pulls, support segmentation logic, and provide insights to support Marketing campaigns.
