Opportunity The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating clear, high-quality content that drives awareness, education, and engagement across the Boom customer lifecycle. This role owns written content across blogs, email, customer stories, product launches, and thought leadership, with a strong emphasis on SEO, accuracy, and clarity. At Boom, content plays a critical role in how property managers discover us, understand our products, and see measurable value. You’ll partner closely with product marketing, growth, customer success, and leadership to translate real customer insights and product updates into content that is useful, credible, and easy to understand. This is a hands-on writing role for someone who enjoys owning projects end-to-end and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
