About The Position

We are looking for a creative and motivated Content Marketing Specialist to join our team in the roofing industry. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of marketing experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating visually engaging, results-driven content. You will manage our digital presence across multiple social platforms, create branded materials for web and print, and help shape our online reputation. This is a flexible position offering opportunities to work in-office or remotely while gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and content creation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, digital marketing, and/or social media management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital content, and online engagement.
  • Basic skills in photography, videography, and graphic design (DSLR familiarity preferred).
  • Comfort with video editing software and visual storytelling.
  • Prior experience producing photography and videography content.
  • Adaptability to learn new tools and adjust to evolving marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premier, InDesign, Lightroom) a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google products such as Google My Business, Analytics, Ads, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
  • Portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, creative assets, or marketing visuals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and post engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Plan, capture, and publish visual and written content for SEO, advertising, and brand storytelling, including blog posts, landing pages, and project portfolio pages.
  • Create and schedule marketing content that aligns with company branding and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor and engage with online audiences to build community and manage brand reputation.
  • Track, analyze, and report monthly platform performance metrics to measure engagement and growth.
  • Stay current with social media trends and emerging marketing tools to improve campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, events, and promotions.
  • Contribute creative ideas for digital advertising, print materials, and multimedia campaigns.
