Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in SaaS or HR tech.
  • Proven success in building content strategies that drive organic growth and brand authority.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and AI-influenced search environments.
  • Experience translating complex topics into accessible content for enterprise audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with content and SEO tools like Google Search Console and Ahrefs.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect content performance to business outcomes.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a B2B content strategy optimized for AI-powered search and discovery.
  • Create and manage content that supports the full buyer journey, including blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Optimize content for AI visibility, ensuring accuracy and consistency across AI-generated responses.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation and Marketing teams to align content with pipeline goals.
  • Audit and refresh existing content to improve performance in organic search and AI-driven channels.
  • Use analytics, SEO, and AI tools to measure content performance and guide investment decisions.
  • Manage editorial calendars and collaborate with freelancers and agencies.
  • Monitor industry trends in AI search and B2B buying behavior to adapt content accordingly.
