Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, English, or communications.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or writing-focused roles.
  • Excellent writing skills for online and print media.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient analytical capabilities.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems and social media platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage content creation and editorial publishing calendar.
  • Plan and produce promotional content across all channels including print, digital, and social media.
  • Produce a variety of content types such as articles, white papers, and blogs to fuel demand generation.
  • Develop a content strategy in partnership with Product Marketing to enhance brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for social media channel management.
  • Measure and report on marketing content performance and insights.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation and publishing speed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and user behaviors in supply chain management.
  • Perform quality control and proofing for all content prior to launch.
  • Manage and audit content inventory as necessary.
