About The Position

We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to build a content engine and own the day-to-day execution of content channels with a strong emphasis on driving measurable results. This person will report directly to the Head of Content, turning strategic direction into tactical delivery across multiple content platforms. This Content Marketing Manager will own social media management and optimize performance on SEO/AEO/GEO through social-first content, thought leadership, and demand generation campaigns. The ideal candidate is proactive in anticipating content opportunities, detail-oriented, and balances creative storytelling with scalable business results.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in content marketing or social media management, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup.
  • Hands-on ability to create and publish social-first content including short-form video, graphics, and copywriting for multiple channels.
  • Proven success managing and growing brand social media accounts with measurable impact on engagement or pipeline contribution.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience building and maintaining content calendar in tools such as Sprout Social, Buffer, or other.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and AI-powered search optimization strategies.
  • Fluency in measuring content and social performance using analytics tools such as Sprout Social or other, and CRM reporting in tools such as HubSpot/Salesforce and Google Analytics.
  • Clear communication skills and experience reporting on progress, priorities, and results to senior leadership.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with creative peers such as Designers and Producers to transform raw materials into finished content.
  • Willingness to take ownership of execution while staying aligned with strategic direction from the Head of Content.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience creating content for SaaS products including blogs, social campaigns, landing pages, and case studies.
  • Familiarity with growth experimentation such as A/B testing for messaging, creatives, or formats.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI tooling for workflow management and content creation.
  • Background in social video trends and emerging formats such as Reels and YouTube Shorts.
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, or technology.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of Content to develop a scalable content engine leveraging webinars, podcasts, earned and owned media, blogs, and thought-leadership series.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar that aligns cross-team and cross-department, including event calendar, product roadmap, and marketing campaigns.
  • Own and execute a social media strategy across all platforms, balancing brand building, thought leadership, and lead generation.
  • Own and optimize SEO strategy with a particular focus on AI-driven SEO/AEO/GEO tactics to increase discoverability, organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the broader Content team (design, production, and contractors) to adapt raw assets into campaign concepts, optimizing for social channels.
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversion, and pipeline generation sharing results weekly with the Head of Content and stakeholders.
  • Develop and optimize workflows, templates, and processes to unlock streamlined, high-quality content production.
