Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in content marketing, with a demonstrated track record of managing digital media channels and leveraging marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives and technical content.
  • Experience using AI to drive message consistency and scale.
  • Experience in developing and executing content strategies for B2B technology or software companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage professional social media platforms and understand social media analytics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals, target personas, and the customer’s journey.
  • Oversee and also directly create high-quality, engaging content across various formats (e.g., thought leadership articles, whitepapers, e-books, blog posts, newsletters, case studies, videos, website copy).
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, product marketing, and sales to identify content opportunities and ensure technical accuracy and strategic alignment.
  • Confidently leverage AI to create derivative content pieces, enabling us to rapidly scale our content program.
  • Manage the distribution of content across various digital channels, including D-Wave website, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X), and email campaigns.
  • Develop and manage the social media content calendar and strategy, curating and scheduling posts to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Work with digital marketing manager to ensure content is optimized for SEO, SEM, CRO, and other digital advertising efforts.
  • Track KPIs (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
  • Use data to iterate on content and social strategy, testing new formats, posting times, and engagement tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement rates, conversions, lead generation) using analytics tools.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize content strategy, digital distribution, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage content governance, ensuring brand consistency, compliance, and an organized content library.
  • Work seamlessly with sales, product marketing, and R&D teams to ensure content supports their objectives and is integrated into broader initiatives.
