About The Position

We're Element5, and we don't do safe marketing. We build brands that demand attention, create digital experiences that actually matter , and help companies stay relevant in a world that moves fast. No fluff. No "thought leadership" buzzwords. Just smart strategy, sharp creative , and marketing that actually performs . This role is part of Forge – our internship program built around one belief: the best way to learn agency work is to do agency work. Not a simulation . Not a training exercise. The real thing. About Forge Forge is our structured 12 -week internship program designed to throw you into real agency life — with the support, mentorship, and structure to make it mean something. You'll work on live client projects, build a campaign from strategy through execution, and leave with portfolio work you actually earned . Every week has a rhythm: a Monday kickoff, midweek project work, and a Friday feedback session where we give you honest notes — and ask for yours in return. This isn't a coffee-run internship. It's the kind of experience you'll still be talking about when you're interviewing for your first full-time role.
