Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have completed coursework towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in content marketing, writing, and storytelling across digital channels.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and an applied understanding of core marketing principles.
• Comfortable using modern tools and technology, including AI-powered platforms, to streamline research, writing, and content creation tasks.
• Familiarity with basic design tools (such as Canva) and an eye for clean, on-brand visuals.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle ambiguous or challenging situations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of content marketing initiatives that support Relay’s broader marketing goals.
• Contribute to the ideation, development, and presentation of new content campaigns, including messaging, formats, and supporting assets.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to support ongoing content and campaign efforts.
• Help manage and expand our social media presence by drafting engaging captions, creating visual assets, and executing channel-specific strategies.
• Partner with the events team to support the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of conferences and activations.
• Organize, update, and maintain content assets to ensure consistency and alignment across channels.
• Support research on industry trends and content performance to inform future strategy.
• Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks to support the marketing team.
