About The Position

CCA Global Partners is seeking a Content Marketing Coordinator in our Manchester, NH office for our Retail Groups division. As a Content Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and optimizing content to fuel integrated marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and engaging diverse audiences across both digital and traditional platforms. The role supports all CCA Retail Divisions, including Carpet One Floor & Home, Flooring America/Canada, The Floor Trader, International Design Guild, and Kiba, ensuring our messaging engages diverse audiences nationwide. You’ll work collaboratively with the Social Media, SEO, Brand, Paid Media, and Communications Teams to execute strategies that align with our overarching organizational goals. Key responsibilities will involve developing original, conversion-focused copy tailored to specific brand archetypes, refining SEO-optimized content to boost traffic, and supporting a range of strategic marketing initiatives within our fast-paced, innovative environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, business, or related equivalent experience plus a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience as a content writer, copywriter, SEO, or similar role.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and exceptional writing skills.
  • Ability to simplify broad or complex concepts into clear, concise, and strategic messaging that resonates with the target audience across various formats and channels.
  • Solid understanding of SEO research, implementation, and content writing.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Conductor, BrightLocal, and Google Search Console; experience with AI tools including Jasper, Claude, and ChatGPT; and Proficiency in CMS platforms (such as WordPress), Google Analytics, and HTML.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize work under tight timelines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • SEO expertise, basic graphic design and editing capabilities, including experience with Photoshop and PowerPoint, basic coding knowledge, and the ability to stay updated on content and consumer trends as well as technological advancements.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update retail group website content using an internal CMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment across all retail divisions
  • Implement SEO updates and best practices to improve search rankings, user experience, and compliance with evolving search engine algorithms
  • Regularly refresh website content, blogs, and visual assets to drive engagement and keep content current
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Social Media, Communications, SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, and Creative teams to deliver tailored, high-quality content solutions
  • Research, write, and curate content that supports marketing objectives while maintaining brand voice and standards
  • Manage and prioritize multiple content projects to meet deadlines and strategic goals
  • Research seasonal trends and consumer insights to test and pilot new content strategies and initiatives that drive measurable engagement
  • Develop and refine compelling product descriptions for digital platforms and showroom use in partnership with merchandising teams
  • Maintain up-to-date SEO and content-related certifications
