Floowi is building a strong, scalable inbound marketing engine with a primary focus on SEO and content optimized for search engines and LLMs. This role is essential because it supports the daily execution that keeps content production moving with quality, consistency, and clear alignment to strategy. The Content Marketing Assistant helps ensure deliverables are produced at high volume without losing structure, brand voice, or operational discipline—making the inbound engine reliable, repeatable, and scalable. ✍ Short Description: The Content Marketing Assistant plays a key role in executing the day-to-day content operation, with a strong focus on SEO and content optimized for search engines and LLMs. This is a highly hands-on role centered on producing, reviewing, organizing, and optimizing content at scale while following clear processes and strategic guidelines. The position supports the full content lifecycle, from briefing creation to editing, publishing, and coordination with freelancers, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with brand standards.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience creating and/or managing SEO content.
  • Proven ability to build and execute structured content briefings.
  • Strong written English skills suitable for publishing and editing high-quality content.
  • Regular and effective use of AI tools for content writing and editing.
  • Basic to intermediate experience using Canva to adapt existing templates.
  • Ability to learn and work with Webflow or similar CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Create structured SEO content briefings, including search intent, headings, internal links, and content focus.
  • Write SEO articles directly when required and review or edit content produced by freelance writers to ensure quality, SEO structure, and brand voice alignment.
  • Optimize content for LLM usage by improving structure, semantic clarity, citability, and summaries.
  • Manage the content production workflow by coordinating briefings, tracking deliverables, handling revisions, and maintaining consistency across outputs.
  • Create and edit downloadable content such as ebooks, guides, and lead magnets using AI tools and adapt existing Canva templates as needed.
  • Upload and manage content in Webflow (or quickly adapt to its use) and support basic content organization across channels, including learning LinkedIn as a distribution platform.
