General Function: The Content Marketing and Communications Director develops and implements comprehensive content strategies to promote the YMCA’s mission and programs. Reporting to the Chief Administrative and Strategy Officer (CASO) and working with the Executive Director of Marketing, this role writes, produces, and edits content for digital, print, and broadcast platforms, supporting both internal and external communications. Responsibilities include public relations outreach, creating engaging materials for a variety of audiences, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across channels such as the website, social media, email, and press releases. As part of the marketing team, the director advances organizational goals through strategic content creation and storytelling.
