About The Position

Samaritan's Purse is looking for a gifted and qualified Content Manager to oversee the Operation Christmas Child (OCC) marketing content sourcing, creation, and distribution strategy to promote shoebox gifts and support overarching team initiatives. In the role of Content Manager, you will have the opportunity to: Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him Manage the OCC marketing content sourcing, curation, and distribution across all promotional channels Coordinate the multi-team release of ministry videos, articles, photos, and other digital assets Manage video production requests in coordination with the Broadcast department Lead domestic content collection for stories, volunteers, and events Manage the storage, organization, and distribution of the content database Collaborate with the OCC International team to source and review relevant content from the field Manage the collection, organization, and distribution of all processing center related content Collaborate with the Communications department for requested photoshoots Provide annual and historical statistics for use in promotional materials Provide ongoing reporting and analysis on marketing content usage Serve in an OCC Processing Center for a minimum of one week during OCC processing season (Nov/Dec) All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field, from a four-year college or university, and four to six years of digital marketing experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, opportunity to meet and complete requirement is available upon hire
• Fluency in English (required)
• Travel Expectations: 25 days/annually; required travel documents and vaccinations for entry into foreign countries will be necessary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Communications department for requested photoshoots
• Provide annual and historical statistics for use in promotional materials
• Provide ongoing reporting and analysis on marketing content usage
• Serve in an OCC Processing Center for a minimum of one week during OCC processing season (Nov/Dec)
• All other duties as assigned
