About The Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Content Manager with 3-5 years of experience, ideally familiar with AI or adept at translating complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for a non-technical audience. This individual will work closely with the Head of Marketing to define and execute our content strategy, creating a wide range of content types to position Maven AGI as a thought leader in the industry. The objective is to drive brand awareness, qualified leads, and customer conversions through data-driven digital marketing campaigns. Content is critical as it is the basis for educating users at all stages in the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging content for a non-technical audience.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience creating high-impact presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive content decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in social media management and community engagement.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with video production and editing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the Marketing team and lead the development of a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business goals and evolves as the company grows.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, videos, social media clips, infographics, presentations, and more, aligned with the company messaging framework.
  • Thought Leadership: Establish Maven AGI as a thought leader in generative AI for customer experience by creating insightful and authoritative content. And understand our personas for targeting and personalization.
  • Community Engagement: Foster relationships with industry influencers, customers, and partners through active engagement in online and offline communities.
  • SEO & Content Analytics: Optimize content for search engines and track performance metrics to continuously improve content effectiveness. Know your numbers, examples include: qualified lead patterns, attribution, reach on channels (ie. LinkedIn, Demandbase), downloads of content, time on site, etc.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with design, product, sales, and customer-facing teams to ensure content aligns with overall company messaging and objectives. Work very closely with our head of Demand Generation to support campaign performance with content creation.
