About The Position

We are seeking a Content Manager who is an experienced writer and content creator. This role is heavier on writing and content creation than coordination alone and is responsible for shaping how our science-driven products are explained, taught, and sold across channels. The ideal candidate lives and breathes the fitness & wellness space - ingredients, supplements, trends, emerging science, and workout tips and content - and can translate complex ideas into clear, engaging educational content, headlines, and ad copy that drive action. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Design, and E‑commerce to deliver high-quality content that is on-brand, on-time, and performance-driven. Social media content creation experience is a plus, as is basic video editing or content assembly for short-form platforms.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in content, copywriting, or brand marketing
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio of consumer-facing work
  • Deep interest in and fluency with wellness, supplements, health, and nutrition
  • Experience writing for conversion (email, ads, landing pages, PDPs)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects

Nice To Haves

  • Social media content experience is a plus
  • Basic video editing or short-form content skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Write and edit educational content, product explainers, blog articles, and learning-focused assets.
  • Develop headlines, product copy, and ad-level messaging for email, paid media, social, and website use.
  • Translate science-backed wellness benefits into accessible, motivating consumer language.
  • Support Product and Marketing teams by writing clear, accurate content for launches and ongoing campaigns.
  • Create and optimize content for: Email and SMS Website landing pages and PDPs Paid media and digital ads Social media (organic and paid support)
  • Partner with E‑commerce and Digital teams to improve conversion performance through better copy and education.
  • Support social media content development with captions, scripts, and short-form storytelling.
  • Basic video editing or content assembly (Reels, TikTok-style video, light edits) is a plus.
  • Collaborate with Design and Social teams to bring content to life across platforms.
  • Manage content timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Design, E‑commerce, and external partners.
  • Maintain brand voice, tone, and accuracy across all touchpoints.
