About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to lead content strategy and execution across multiple client accounts, crafting high-quality, impactful content that drives business results. You will partner closely with internal teams and clients to transform marketing and PR objectives into clear, compelling messaging. The position requires strategic thinking, strong writing and editing skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently. You will help define brand voice, ensure alignment with business goals, and optimize content performance across formats and channels. This role operates in a collaborative, dynamic environment with a focus on creativity, innovation, and measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and passionate about delivering polished content that resonates with audiences.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading content strategy and client-facing projects, preferably in creative or digital agencies
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple content formats
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with or interest in the healthcare sector is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in SEO research and keyword strategy, UX writing principles, and content performance metrics
  • Comfortable collaborating with design teams using tools such as Figma
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead client-facing conversations to define goals, provide strategic recommendations, and guide decision-making
  • Develop and execute content strategies across multiple formats, ensuring alignment with business objectives and audience needs
  • Research industries, audiences, and competitors to inform content plans and day-to-day writing
  • Write, edit, and refine high-quality content for articles, webpages, emails, social media, and display ads
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SEO, paid media, design, and development to deliver cohesive campaigns
  • Create and maintain toolkits, templates, and guidelines to ensure scalable, consistent content delivery
  • Identify opportunities to improve content quality, strategic alignment, and overall client satisfaction
