About The Position

As a Content Manager, you will be an experienced storyteller with a passion for both the creative and technical sides of content writing. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a quick, lasting impact on business objectives at an ambitious company. You will own the strategic vision for content marketing across all brands and lead a dedicated team of marketing specialists.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or affiliated specialized area
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with an excellent understanding of digital marketing, more specifically, content digital marketing
  • Solid knowledge of online platforms, marketing automation platforms, digital marketing tools, content management systems, digital sales platforms, and Google Analytics
  • Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM/Organic best practices, analysis, and application
  • Experience managing a team and company projects
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills to assess performance and make improvements
  • Friendly personality and the ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues, partners, and suppliers
  • Ability to establish trust, be confident and credible, and build collaborative partnerships across time zones, geographies, and cultures

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of the strategic vision of the content strategy for all brands
  • Develop, promote & execute a consistent content brand identity through all content mediums for all brands
  • Responsible for the day-to-day project management of marketing initiatives alongside the Marketing Manager and Paid Manager to support program goals
  • Work with the team to execute marketing campaigns to support the overall strategy. These may include, but are not limited to: Email Marketing, Website Content & SEO strategy, Social Media, Affiliate Relationships, etc.
  • Support the Marketing Manager with external relationships and respective marketing deliverables. These include but are not limited to, teams, sponsors, track promoters, and global sales agent networks
  • Manage regular reporting and reviews with marketing functional teams
  • Identify new content marketing opportunities, tools, and best practices that support department goals & strategy
  • Action necessary decisions based on analysis of data and stats provided by the team, including historical site performance, VTLs, customer acquisition cost, LTCs, lifetime value of customer, etc.
