Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing or brand storytelling.
  • Strong writing portfolio demonstrating clarity and audience empathy.
  • Ability to interview subject matter experts and create relatable content.
  • Experience building content systems, including editorial calendars and guidelines.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across teams.
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals to enhance content performance.
  • High standards of quality and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the content strategy with a focus on business priorities.
  • Build an editorial operating system to reduce content creation bottlenecks.
  • Develop and maintain a distinct brand voice across all content.

  • Partner with SEO/website owner to enhance search visibility.
  • Leverage AI for content synthesis and refinement while maintaining human editorial judgment.
  • Collaborate with Brand/PR to translate key narratives into impactful content.
  • Source and craft submissions for speaking engagements.
  • Transform customer outcomes into reliable content assets.
  • Plan and execute effective content distribution strategies.
  • Measure content performance and iterate for continuous improvement.
