About The Position

This is a senior, in-person content role working directly alongside the CEO of a growing company based in Tampa, Florida. The business is scaling its brand presence and looking to build a high-quality, influential voice across social media — through a mix of organic, real-time content and polished scripted production.
You'll work directly with the CEO to build and scale a personal brand and company presence across social media. This is a hands-on, in-person role focused on both capturing real-time content and producing scripted material designed to educate, engage, and grow an audience.
The role is based in Tampa, FL (in-person only — local candidates required), with occasional local and limited out-of-town travel, expenses covered.

Requirements

• Proven experience shooting and editing video content (portfolio required)
• Experience managing and posting content across social media platforms
• Strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and engagement strategies
• Ability to independently develop creative concepts and scripts
• Strong organisational and time management skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with founders, executives, or personal brands
• Proven track record growing social media accounts organically

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies, creative concepts, and trending topic plans
• Write scripts and content outlines for short-form and long-form video
• Film high-quality organic and scripted content (in-office, on-site, and during travel)
• Edit professional-level video content optimised for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Create and manage content calendars and posting schedules
• Publish content and support ongoing social media management
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, quality, and engagement standards
