About The Position

Zenity, a Gartner Cool Vendor and the leader in securing Agentic AI, is hiring a Content Manager & strategy who will be the connective tissue between our platform positioning and how customers experience it across every touchpoint.. This role is for a builder who wants to define the content engine of a company creating a new category. You will own content strategy, editorial rhythms, and technical storytelling that shapes how the world understands AI Security. You’ll partner with product marketing, product, growth marketing, sales, and leadership to create content that educates, influences, and moves the market. Your work will span blogs, white papers, reports, webinars, technical explainers, email sequences, talk tracks, customer stories, and video scripts. You will turn complex AI Security concepts into content that is both sharp and accessible for CISOs, practitioners, analysts, and buyers. Requirements

  • Proven experience developing B2B content strategies, supporting multi-channel distribution, for cybersecurity
  • Demonstrated ability to translate insights into targeted content plans and compelling messaging
  • Strong writing skills with meticulous attention to detail and editorial quality; experience writing and reviewing copy for diverse content types
  • Track record of independently planning and executing impactful projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Curiosity in staying current across the evolving marketing landscape to drive innovation and maintain relevance - addressing content gaps as appropriate

  • Familiarity/experience with AI assistants and agents in content creation and distribution

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead multi-channel editorial calendar development and content strategy that aligns with buyer journey stages, working across marketing teams to create cohesive stories that cut through the noise.
  • Build a repeatable content operating system including templates, writing guidelines, and processes that raise quality and speed
  • Analyze market data, competitive intelligence, and sales insights to make data-informed decisions and translate new capabilities into clear narratives
  • Ensure content consistency across website, sales materials, product pages, press moments, analyst interactions, and campaigns
  • Produce long-form content including white papers, analyst-style briefs, research-backed articles, and deep dives into AI risk and governance
  • Create short-form content including blogs, social posts, executive briefs, customer stories, and event summaries
  • Script high-impact video explainers that communicate Zenity’s value to CISOs and security leaders
