About The Position

Piper is seeking a Promotional Review Consultant to support promotional materials review governance and operational process optimization for a leading pharmaceutical organization. This role will be based out of Lansdale, PA and hybrid.

Requirements

• Pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience is required (commercial, marketing operations, promo review, regulatory, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with Veeva PromoMats (or similar promotional content review systems).
• Strong background with SharePoint for document management and governance.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and timelines with attention to detail.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting Promotional Review Committees (PRC/MLR).
• Exposure to workflow automation, web-based process tools, or dashboard/reporting tools.
• Prior experience supporting leadership-level presentations, decision logs, or governance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the US Promotional Materials Review process across cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Regulatory, Medical, Legal, Operations).
• Partner with Promotional Review leadership on process governance, workflow documentation, and adoption of new standards.
• Assist in preparing and delivering materials and recommendations to leadership review committees.
• Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of the promotional review framework, including RAID logs, playbooks, and documentation repositories.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to prioritize content management improvements and identify gaps or future-state needs.
• Support development of automation and AI-generated workflow templates to streamline review cycles.
• Facilitate recurring meetings: scheduling, agenda prep, action item tracking, and follow-through.
• Provide insights into industry best practices and emerging trends in compliant promotional review processes.
